POD LEARNING IN THE GARDEN
As you know by now, many school districts are going fully virtual in the fall in the interest of the health and safety of all concerned.
The Actors Garden is offering theatre-enhanced pod-learning in our space.
This would involve small, self-contained groups that will only interact with other members of the group, while following all appropriate guidelines (masks, distance, etc.)
The advantages we can offer is the ability for parents to drop their children off where they will have support and supervision throughout the day, much-needed socialization with other students, and a certain level of academic assistance when needed.
We also have robust internet service, provide technical support, and can possibly offer computer rental so you don't have to purchase another device.
During break times we would offer theatre activities and do as many things outdoors as we could. Indoors, we would be following correct protocols and we would keep doors and windows open as much as the weather permits.
